What is the turn-around time for orders? 

Each knit is hand embroidered delicately and can take up to 2-3 weeks. Please keep in mind that this time frame does not include shipping.

How should I care for my Little Miss Stitches knits?

We recommend a cool, delicate cycle wash inside out or in a delicate bag. Once clean, hang or lay flat to dry. Do not wash with abrasive items (such as sequins or Velcro)
as that may snag the jumper.

Do not tumble dry.

What are your knits made from? 

All of our knits are made from 100% organic cotton. We chose cotton because of its natural quality, softness and breathable, suitable for all year-round wear in the Australian climate. 

Can I choose a font? 

All embroidery designs are delicately handwritten by me. There are 3 types of embroidered font to choose from when placing an order.

Modern cursive – Starts with a capital letter

Loopy Loo – all lower case

BLOCK – all capital letters

What colour combo should I choose? 

This can be a tricky one! There is a range of yarn options to choose from. Please refer to our ‘Yarn Options’ page below to see our full range.

I'd recommend checking out my Instagram to see examples of my creations. Alternatively, you can give me full creative powers by picking the option ‘Surprise me’ and I can choose something for you.

Should I size up or down?

Little Miss Stitches knits run true to size. We recommend using our sizing guide to be sure.

What is your shipping policy?

Delivery times are generally 2-5 business days within Australia. You will be notified via email once your special knit has sent with tracking details.

Free shipping on orders over $150 (excludes express shipping)
- Standard Flat Rate Postage $10
- Express Flat Rate Postage $15

What is your refund policy?

The utmost care is taken when creating your order and due to the personalised nature of Little Miss Stitches products, we do not offer return or exchange for change of mind purchases. Please make sure the fit is right and the order is correct before placing. Unfortunately we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you believe the order you have received is incorrect or faulty, please contact us at hello@littlemissstitches.com 7 days of receiving your products, with the details of your order so we can help to resolve your issue.
