Shipping policy

At Little Miss Stitches, we understand that receiving your order in a timely and secure manner is important to you. That's why we work hard to ensure that all orders are shipped quickly and safely.

Shipping Rates and Times:

• We offer standard shipping within Australia for a fee of $10.00 per order. This typically takes 2 to 8 business days for delivery.
• For expedited shipping, we offer express shipping for a fee of $15.00 per order. This typically takes 1 to 4 business days for delivery.

All orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address:

• Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

• We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@littlemissstitches.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and replace or refund your order as needed.
